What is a hobby and how do you know what you like best? Are you doing it because other like it, because you feel you have to do it, or is it something that feels fulfilling, relaxing and inspiring?
Replacing those unhealthy habits with healthier ones. It takes awareness and determination, but after a while you get used to it.
