My personal rules of thumb

These helped guide me on a day by day basis:

  1. If you fail, try again – no blame
  2. Be kind to yourself and others
  3. Me-time is important
  4. If you want to change something start with yourself
  5. You will enjoy things more when they have your full attention
  6. Don’t make a commitment unless you really like to do it

There is so much to each of these and I will come back to these to share more thoughts.
